Simply Enchanting Debut Race

Simply Enchanting was officially entered for her career debut in a maiden special weight on the dirt on Sunday, January 21st at Santa Anita. 

Originally scheduled to be run over six and one-half furlongs, the race was adjusted to six furlongs before a final was called by racing office to attract more horses. 

Breaking from post #8 in an 8-horse field, jockey Antonio Fresu will be in the irons. Run as the 7th race in the card, her race will have a post time of approximately 3:30 p.m. PT. 

Rain is still expected in the Arcadia area over the weekend and we will report back with any changes.
