Seize the Grey put up his second three-furlong drill yesterday morning at Highlander Training Center, covering the ground in :35.92. This final time returned strong for a farm track.
The team at Highlander led by trainer Jon Newbold, asked your son of Arrogate to pick up the pace a bit following an easy work last week and were very pleased yet again with what they saw.
Our son of Arrogate should not be far from having his first half-mile breeze and we will continue to report on his progress as he nears a return to the “Coach” D. Wayne Lukas.
