We were the very last to sign on to the partnership of this 3YO colt before the partnership sold out! (We nearly missed this opportunity due to our procrastination so very glad we "seized the day.")
Magical Ways is a handsome son of the outstanding young sire, MacLean's Music (Distorted Humor - Forest Music by Unbridled's Song), who has already produced G1 winners including the amazing Jackie's Warrior (17 wins including 5 Grade 1s, multiple G2/G3), Cloud Computing (won G1 Preakness Stakes), Complexity and Classic Rock.
We gave a lot of thought to our decision to buy into the partnership, because this colt has been recovering from injuries and hasn't yet debuted, but his recent bullet work convinced us that maybe the extra time he was given to mature and build muscle may turn out to be a benefit in the long run. His last work was on October 8, 2022, where he breezed from the gate in company running a bullet work in 59.00 flat for 5 furlongs. It was the fastest work of 36 from that surface and distance on that day. Magical Ways may be starting in his first race in a matter of 2-3 weeks!
