Following our most recent update for Catalyst, training at Oaklawn Park and the Ten Mile Creek training center has been very limited due to the frozen track and low temperatures.
The good news is that Catalyst has remained in good physical order but has not been able to train on the track as consistently as we all have hoped. With that said all horses are in the same boat and mother nature is something we can’t control. As we saw, Oaklawn Park was forced to cancel all racing last week but training is expected to get back to a more consistent schedule towards the end of this week.
We will discuss with trainer Steve Asmussen once horses get back to the track and report back with any news to share in the coming week.
