Catalyst, our daughter of Gun Runner out of a Tapit mare, performed a slow work today, but due to her making her second start on Friday and wet conditions, this was probably planned. We'll wait for the report and post it here later.

Catalyst had her final drill in preparation for Friday’s race, covering an easy half mile in :51.80 over a wet fast track at Oaklawn under Brooke Stillion. Given the track conditions, trainer Steve Asmussen wasn’t looking for anything quick and this was exactly what he wanted.
