Adaay In Asia returned to the work tab this morning, covering a maintenance half-mile in :48.20. Under jockey Antonio Fresu (who just rode Simply Enchanting to her huge debut win!), your mare was relaxed throughout and showed plenty of enthusiasm, as per usual.
Trainer Phil D’Amato reported that our daughter of Adaay exited her recent race in good physical order and that even though there are no races for her in the new Santa Anita condition book, he expects the racing office to write an allowance race towards the second-half of February that she could be eligible for, which would be a great option for us.
With expected weather in the Arcadia area in the coming week, her next breeze could come as early as this Sunday (pending track conditions) where she will work in company and we will report back when she does.
