We are very excited to announce the latest news on our Nyquist daughter, Simply Enchanting.
She has drawn post position 2 of a six horse field for Sunday's Sunland Park Oaks! It's a listed stakes and she will earn Kentucky Oaks points if she places 1st - 5th, with 20 point going to the winner. The race is a mile, and two turns, on dirt.
She'll keep her jockey, Antonio Fresu, who guided her to an exhilarating victory in her debut earlier this month.
This will be a unique and valuable experience for her, shipping in on Wednesday night to train on a new track, which may be a bonus later in this spring. :)
