Seize the Grey exited his recent breeze in good physical order and D. Wayne Lukas reached out regarding entering our son of Arrogate in a first-level allowance going one mile and one-sixteenth on Saturday, February 24th at Oaklawn Park.
With the race being a short-field and unlikely to be run back for 3-4 weeks, ‘The Coach’ felt this would be a good starting point for him. Admittedly, he will likely need this race from a fitness standpoint but it will point us on a good path for the remainder of the year. This will be "Ceasar's" 3YO debut.
Seize the Grey drew post 5 (of 7) in next Saturday’s opener and Nick Juarez will be in the irons. Post time for race 1 will be 12:00 p.m. CT. The race has been added to our upcoming list above for quick reference.
