Seize The Grey Identified as Blue Grass Stakes Competitor

Exciting, but I don't think this is as cut and dried as the article made it sound. Is Ceasar looking for more Derby points? That will be up to him, his fitness level and how he's training on the road ahead.

The Blue Grass is just one option in a rapidly dwindling array of opportunities. He is still technically a 2YO. He chronologically doesn't turn 3 until April 20th. Although he is currently ranked #15 on the Road to the Derby, he's still a youngster with no graded stakes wins.

The Derby is now a little over 5 weeks away. We will take it day by day and trust our Hall of Fame trainer to make the right calls for him.
