This morning, Seize the Grey departed D. Wayne Lukas’ barn at Churchill Downs and made the short journey to his new home at Gainesway Farm in Lexington, KY.
He handled the trip well and has settled in nicely, grabbing a bite of hay as soon as he got into his new stall.
We'll look forward to further updates on our boy, "Ceasar," as he begins his stallion career in Spring 2025.
We're a little melancholy because this guy took us on the ride of a lifetime, but we're in agreement that it's time to move on to the next phase of his career. The partnership is retaining a small percentage of "Ceasar" and we look forward with great anticipation to the next generation.
